'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' comes to the Peace Center

Bisson says the hardest element to bring together is the play's closing battle scene, in which most of the characters fight with prop swords and other weaponry. “This is one of the hardest parts of the play to get together because there is a safety element. Children's Theatre will perform the play version of the popular C. S. Lewis book. “It's a classic story of good and evil that people never get tired of hearing,” said director Betsy Bisson. “We have been working on the choreography for the battle scene for over a week,” she said. we don't have an actual walking, talking lion, but it's pretty much the same. In the classic tale, four children look behind a wardrobe and discover a doorway to a magical world called Narnia.
