A: It appears that Andre the Giant was not credited in Conan the Destroyer , because his small part had him unrecognizable in costume and makeup and he had no lines. Really, do you think that many more people would have gone to see the movie just because they were Andre the Giant fan who weren't planning on seeing the flick in the first place. Of course, his stock did go up as wrestling exploded into the mainstream shortly after, which led to him having a major part and being part of the It probably didn't occur to producers that touting Andre being in the movie, even unrecognizable in a small role, might help to boost ticket sales.
